1. Transformation ideas
The 200 5kW cabinets in the original computer room have been transformed into 40 25kW high-density cabinets, and 4 high-density double-row micro-modules (10 cabinets per module) can be arranged in the computer room after the transformation. The air conditioning configuration scheme is inter-column precision air conditioning or cold plate liquid cooling air conditioning.

2. Inter-column precision air conditioning scheme
According to the design scheme, 4 identical double-row micro-modules are deployed, and each micro-module is equipped with 10 (8+2) inter-column precision air conditioners, with a total of 40 (32+8) units. Inter-column precision air conditioner single cooling capacity: 35kW; Rated air volume: 8000m³/h; The air conditioning equipment controls the air supply at 22°C and the return air at 35°C. the back of the air conditioner is returned to the air, and the front is ventilated; The total number is 40 units. The default position of each micromodule is 10 IT racks, the IT rack load is 25kW/rack, and the computer room has a total of 40 IT racks. The micromodule closes the cold aisle with a width of 1.8m.
