In a pilot project in Zunyi, Guizhou, the customer required a new computer room with high protection performance and emergency response mode, and met the needs of low-energy operation, rapid deployment, high capacity, and rapid O&M. The computing power network shelter adopts a fully modular and integrated design, including ICT cabinet system, power supply and distribution system, refrigeration system, etc., which can perfectly meet customer needs.
The computing power network shelter adopts standardized design and IP55 level protection measures to ensure the safety and stability of the computer room. By using fluorine pump dual-circulation air conditioning and photovoltaic technology, energy consumption is greatly reduced; The factory prefabricated assembly and modular design allow the shelter to be quickly deployed within 8 hours, providing great flexibility and efficiency. The high-density integrated IT cabinet and compatibility with multiple ICT devices meet the requirements of high-capacity operation and simplified operation and maintenance. In a data center project in Datong, Shanxi Province, the customer urgently needed to build a new high-efficiency, energy-saving and green data center room. The project plans to build a two-story building with about 20,000 square meters per floor, and the main computer room contains 400 cabinets, each with a heat flux density of about 11kW, and the overall PUE value is required to be less than 1.2.
According to the local climate characteristics and combined with customer needs, Haiwu provides low-resistance dual-channel indirect evaporative cooling air conditioners, which can ensure low PUE with an energy efficiency of up to 13.5 throughout the year, and can also use the natural cold source for a long time to reduce compressor operation. In a data industry base project in Huailai, due to the relative scarcity of water resources, the customer required the solution to attach great importance to water conservation and utilization efficiency, and the overall PUE value was less than 1.25. To address this challenge, Haiwu proposes an integral all-weather energy-saving unit that reduces compressor power consumption through innovative low-voltage ratio compressor technology, reduces data center PUE to 1.19, and improves energy efficiency.
The solution adopts a prefabricated modular design to speed up the construction cycle, and further optimizes the use of energy and water resources through the precise control of full frequency conversion devices, which not only improves the energy efficiency and operational efficiency of the data center, but also significantly reduces the dependence on precious water resources, demonstrating the role of technological innovation in improving the sustainability and environmental friendliness of the data center under specific environmental conditions.
