On November 24, 2023, the milestone assessment meeting of China Railway Group's "Research on Green Operation Technology of Railway 5G-R Base Stations" organized by China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute was held in Beijing.

After a year of research and cooperation, Haiwu deeply participated in and actively cooperated with China Railway Group to propose the integration application plan of new energy technology, intelligent control of air conditioning and fresh air energy-saving technology in the base station computer room, and combined with CFD simulation to assist in the completion of the "Report on the Integration Application Plan of Intelligent Control of Air Conditioning and Fresh Air Energy-saving Technology", and successfully passed the project milestone assessment.

In this key topic, Haiwu JFB inverter cabinet base station air conditioner, as the first frequency conversion energy-saving precision air conditioner specially developed for specific scenarios of base stations and small computer rooms, can effectively solve the application problem of regular peak and valley fluctuations in heat load in the scene, maintain a stable ambient temperature, and its excellent performance will bring significant energy-saving effects to the project pilot.

Looking forward to the future, Haiwu will actively maintain close cooperation with China Railway Group and jointly devote itself to the research of 5G-R base station air conditioning engineering application technology. Haiwu will provide base station air conditioning prototypes for the pilot, conduct test tests on the integration and application of intelligent air conditioning management and control technology and fresh air energy-saving technology, and provide strong practical technical support for the theoretical research of the topic.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the total carbon emissions of China's data centers and 5G base station facilities will reach 2.3~310 million tons in 2035, accounting for about 2~4% of China's carbon emissions. The in-depth cooperation between Haiwu and China Railway Group is not only a model of strategic win-win results, but also a key milestone in promoting the transformation of energy-saving technology of railway communication base stations in the 5G era, which is of vital significance to help our country achieve the "double carbon" goal as scheduled.
