The project is located on the north side of Chang'an Road, Xukou Town, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Its total floor area is 23,331.2m2, and total building area is about 60,184.51m2. The park layout includes Factory Buildings #1, #2, and #3, one 110 kV substation, one diesel generator platform, and other above-ground structures.
