Project Overview:/ As the "Pioneer" project of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Huaxin plays a pivotal role in researching and promoting key technologies for active–passive composite cooling systems in data centres. In this context, Haiwu and Huaxin Consulting, Design and Research Institute jointly delivered the first all-liquid-cooling data centre solution project in China, marking a milestone in Zhejiang's green development and technological innovation.

Project Scale:/ Build an efficient, energy-saving data centre cooling system meeting the data centre's high-density, high-reliability, and high-availability requirements.

Solution:/ Haiwu, in partnership with Huaxin Consulting, Design and Research Institute, delivered an active–passive composite cooling system solution for the project; Employing cutting-edge air–liquid hybrid cooling technology, the core adopts 2 × 45 kW liquid-cooled cabinets and 4 water–water dual-coil in-row air conditioners.

Customer Value:/ Energy Savings: Through the application of active passive composite cooling systems, the energy consumption of data centers is significantly reduced, PUE meets China's stringent national requirements for data centre energy efficiency, and reduces customer operating costs; Improving equipment stability: An optimized cooling system can reduce the risk of high-temperature equipment failures and enhance the stability and reliability of the equipment.
