Project Overview:The Guangxi Mobile Liuzhou Wenhui and Luowei machine rooms have a total of 22 sets of air-cooled precision air conditioners. Due to the inability of fixed-frequency air conditioners to dynamically adjust cooling output according to actual load, when the cooling capacity does not match the on-site load, the compressor will frequently start and stop in order to maintain the temperature of the machine room, resulting in energy waste. It is urgent to carry out frequency conversion transformation.

Modification Plan:Comprehensively assessing the usage of equipment in various machine rooms, a total of 26 precision air conditioning variable frequency energy-saving controllers are configured one-to-one for each of the 22 precision air conditioners in Wenhui and Luowei machine rooms, enabling the compressor and fan to output as needed through variable frequency, thereby reducing the PUE and operational costs of the machine rooms.

Customer Value:After the renovation of the Wenhui and Luo Wei machine buildings, on-site measurements showed that the comprehensive energy-saving rate could reach 33.42%. With the help of variable frequency energy-saving controllers, the operating frequency of compressors and fans was effectively reduced, thereby reducing the energy consumption of air conditioning operations.
