AI Smart Cluster Control Retrofit
The system comprises an intelligent A/C shutdown management platform, energy-saving A/C controllers, intelligent gateways, and wireless temperature sensors deployed at room-side;The platform is deployed on an intranet server and connects to the environmental monitoring CSC system. It uses in-band communication to exchange data between the monitoring system and energy-saving devices. Controllers transmit data via RS485 to the server for centralized monitoring and strategy-based control.

A/C EER analysis
Each unit's EER is monitored via an analytical control unit.

Cooling demand estimation
Real-time cooling demand is calculated using data from distributed temperature sensors.

A/C cluster control
The analytical control unit cluster and the sensor cluster relay data via AirLink wireless IoT to the intelligent gateway, which uses load-balancing algorithms to manage A/C on/off cycles as per cooling demand and A/C performance.
