The first four are further validated through six dimensions: installation, design verification, standalone verification, system verification, integrated commissioning, and O&M evaluation to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Technical Advantages
-
Diversified test team
The test team integrates design, construction and O&M. Led by a Chief Technical Engineer with 35+ years of IDC experience - including leadership roles in top network energy companies and major IDC operators - the team has managed nearly 20 large-scale domestic and international IDC projects. Its core members each have 10+ years of testing experience, with strong backgrounds in R&D and technical support for mainstream infrastructure vendors. Backed by a scientific and rigorous validation system, the team has tested hundreds of telecom rooms and IDCs. It includes Uptime-certified professionals, PMP holders, registered Fire Protection Engineers, licensed constructors, and senior engineers, with strong technical support from an in-house design firm. -
Solid certification and credentials
① Beijing Haiwu has obtained six software copyright registrations related to testing and verification; ② It holds Grade II EPC qualification for M&E projects and has participated in major IDC M&E EPC projects; ③ Its long-term partnership with Uptime Institute enables clients to obtain tier certifications; ④ Its strategic collaboration with National Institute of Metrology, China supports data center grading certifications; ⑤ It served as a main editor of the Data Center Infrastructure Maintenance Procedures initiated by China Association of Communication Enterprises; ⑥ It achieved CNAS accreditation in January 2018. -
Extensive testing experience
To-date, the test team has completed close to 100 IDC project tests with 150,000+ cabinets tested. By tailoring test workflows, scripts, and hidden-checklists to site conditions and client needs, they have built professional and efficient testing protocols. Typical issues are documented as case studies for learning.
Service Value
The third-party certification adds O&M insights, uncovers hidden issues, and ensures efficient troubleshooting. It marks the transition from construction completion to operational readiness with integrated system commissioning. Based on the actual needs of operation and maintenance, it enables system-wide integrated commissioning, ensuring a more comprehensive and systematic approach. As an objective validator—not a designer, builder, or vendor— Haiwu offers neutral services and addresses owner concerns directly.
