Project Overview:As a project supported by the "Pioneers and Leaders" initiative of the Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province, the development and advancement of Huaxin's "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Active and Passive Composite Cooling Systems in Data Centers" carries significant responsibility and mission. In this context, Haiwu, in collaboration with Huaxin Consulting and Design Research Institute, has jointly created the nation's first fully liquid-cooled solution project for data centers, marking a new chapter in Zhejiang's green development and technological innovation.

Project Scale:Build an efficient and energy-saving cooling system for data centers to meet the requirements of high density, high reliability, and high availability of data centers

Solution:Haiwu, in collaboration with Huaxin Consulting Design and Research Institute, has provided a solution for the project involving a hybrid active and passive cooling system. This solution utilizes cutting-edge air-liquid integration technology, with the core consisting of two 45kW liquid-cooled cabinets and four water-water double coil inter-row air conditioners

Customer Value：Energy saving and consumption reduction: Through the application of active and passive composite cooling systems, the energy consumption of data centers has been significantly reduced, and the PUE meets the strict national requirements for data center energy efficiency, reducing customers' operating costs. Improved equipment stability: The optimized cooling system can reduce the risk of equipment failure due to high temperatures, enhancing the stability and reliability of the equipment.
