Liquid-Cooling Single-Row Micro-Module
The Haiwu liquid-cooling single-row micro-module is rack-based and designed for high-density computing in small to mid-sized data centers. It integrates IT racks, PDUs, containment components, cooling units, cabling, and integrated O&M into one independent module for a complete data center solution. Power is delivered through precision power distribution cabinet and intelligent busbar systems; variable-frequency in-row air conditioners handle air-side cooling, and CDUs manage liquid-side cooling.
All components are factory-assembled and tested, facilitating easy disassembly and relocation. This setup both saves computer room space and allows flexible expansion, realizing rapid on-site deployment in batch and delivering a green, high power density solution with PUE ≤ 1.15.

Value proposition

Single-rack power density ≥15kW,up to 100kW

Liquids transfer heat more efficiently than air, making water-cooled racks significantly more effective in dissipating heat.

Given the spatial limitations of data center rooms, higher single-rack power density not only reduces the number of racks required, but also minimizes the overall footprint
