The principle of refrigeration/heating cycle of temperature-controlled air conditioning in the data center of the computer room: the refrigerant is compressed by the compressor, and the refrigerant gas with low temperature and low pressure is compressed into superheated steam at high temperature and high pressure, which is discharged from the exhaust pipe of the compressor. After the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant is discharged from the compressor exhaust pipe, it is sent into the condenser through the solenoid four-way valve, and the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas enters the condenser, and the axial flow fan cools the condenser, and the refrigerant in the condenser pipeline is cooled down and then sent out of the medium-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant. After the medium temperature and high pressure liquid refrigerant is sent out through the condenser, it passes through the check valve, passes through the drying filter, and then throttles and reduces the pressure through the electronic expansion valve, and then becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid, and then feeds it into the pipeline of the indoor unit.
The heating principle is basically the same as the refrigeration principle, but the difference is that the valve block in the solenoid four-way valve is controlled by the circuit system to reverse, so as to change the flow direction of the refrigerant and realize the conversion of refrigeration to heating function.
