The total water resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region account for only 0.9% of the country's total, but it carries 8% of the country's population and 10% of the total economic output.

Compared with the indirect evaporative cooling (AHU) system, every 100MW of IT output can achieve water saving of 40~500,000 m³ throughout the year, which is equivalent to the water storage capacity of 134 "water cubes", which can meet the domestic water consumption of nearly 10,000 people for a year.

The average temperature in Huailai, Hebei Province is 9.1°C throughout the year, and the air humidity is low, and there are sufficient natural cooling sources for data center heat dissipation.
