On July 21, 2023, the 2023 5G Application Innovation Conference - 5G+ Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Innovation and Development Forum, hosted by the China Communications Enterprise Association and undertaken by the Energy Conservation Innovation and Application Professional Committee of the China Communications Enterprise Association, was held in Guangzhou. The theme of this forum is 5G empowering the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of the information and communication industry.

Based on the background of "dual carbon", the unveiling of Haiwu's magnetic levitation phase change multi-connection system accurately focuses on the field of high-energy data centers, which applies "magnetic levitation frequency conversion technology, multi-connection technology, power heat pipe technology, and evaporative cooling technology", effectively achieving the goal of PUE as low as 1.15.
